We try to keep all items in stock. We normaly despatch orders within oner working day of receipt.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR EXPORT ORDERS. If you order through the internet we will calculate the difference in charge and invite you, (By email) to submit an order for export postage. DO NOT WORRY, If you do not agree to the charge we will cancel your order and no charge will be made to your card.
EXPORT ORDERS.
We welcome export orders. Please note that our prices are in £ (Pounds Sterling) EXPORT DELIVERY. We send by parcel carrier, parcel post or letter post. Charges are based upon the cost to us. For deliverys to Ireland the cost is close to the UK charges above unless clock weights are being sent, further afield will cost much more. Please ask for a quotation.
EXPORT VAT (Sales Tax) 1. If you live in the EEC and state your VAT No you will not be charged UK VAT.You will pay your local VAT as arranged with your local office. 1. If you live in the EEC and are not registered for VAT we will charge the UK rate but you will not pay your local VAT. The rate shown is at 15% 3. Clients fron outside the EEC and certain exempt areas will not be charged VAT
Distance Selling Regulations. These apply only to private clients in the EEC who are purchasing for their own use. Goods may be returned for a full refund under th following conditions.
1. The goods are returned to our premises, carriage paid, within seven working days of receipt.
2. Upon receipt by us the goods must be clean, unmarked, undamaged, unused and in original condition. THEY MUST BE SALEABLE AS NEW.
3. The cartons and immediate packing are part of the goods and must be free of marks, fingerprints, writing or tears. we accept that sealing tape may need to be carefull cut in order to open a carton.
4. The following are excluded from these regulations. Goods made or obtained specially for you. Dials that have been drilled with winding holes, in our workshop, for you. Anything that has been modified for you.
